Magnus Greel has done pretty well for himself posing as Wen Chiang, but now he's about to be reunited with his greatest creation, the time cabinet. Escaping from the future with the evil Peking Homoculus, Greel was disfigured and is dependant on the life forces of others to survive. He beleives his Time cabinet is the answer to all his problems, but the Doctor knows otherwise. The Cabinet spells uncontrolable disaster on an greater scale than Greels already bloody history.
